This is a single class that will begin at 2:00 pm EST on Sunday September 29, 2024. It will run approximately two hours, although it might go a little longer. I will guide you through at least one, if not two meditations, to tap into a past life. Looking into past lives can help you understand more about this life. You might discover repeating patterns or gain more insight into why you are the way you are. This will be a group setting, so be ok to share some of your experience if you choose to. Bring a notebook and writing utensils to jot down the experiences afterward.
